Confirmed is probably a strong word. I use OPK’s which give you anywhere from hours to 48 hours range of when that puppy will come to play ball!

I use OPKs to track when my LH surges. It isn’t perfect, but it gives me a pretty good idea. I also casually monitor my CM.
